    1. Definitions

    "Fit4Rox", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Fit4Rox. "Client", "you", or "your" refers to anyone using our coaching services or programs.

    2. Service Description

    Fit4Rox provides online personal training, Hyrox coaching, and related fitness programs.

    3. Registration and Programs

    By registering for a coaching program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Programs are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by us.

    4. Payment Terms

    All fees must be paid as agreed upon sign-up. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Fixed-term programs (like the 12 Week Accelerator) require payment according to the agreed terms.

    5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Monthly Coaching: Requires a 1-month notice period to cancel.
    • Fixed-Term Programs: Payments for fixed-term programs are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced, except at our discretion.

    6. Health and Safety

    You must ensure you are physically fit to participate in our training programs. You agree to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health status. You participate at your own risk and should consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise regimen.

    7. Code of Conduct

    We maintain a supportive, ego-free environment. Disrespectful behavior towards coaches or in community groups will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and training methodologies, is the property of Fit4Rox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not share or distribute your personalized programs to others.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit4Rox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or programs.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
